1. Leasing Module

• the ability to create visualizations directly in the application using Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana Fast,

• (available since earlier versions) the option to generate visualizations using ChatGPT.
  
  

2. Genspace Module (automatic space plans) – UI and functionality updates

Improved Guidelines tab with new parameters:

• collaboration zones in open space areas,

• cabinets at the ends of desk rows,

• minimum distance between desks,

• dimensions for automatic generation of façade mullions,

• for convex façades: the option to define desk row placement either in relation to the corridor or to the façade.

In the Edit work scope tab, we have added:

• the ability to precisely define the location of the reception, server room, and kitchen,

• an option to mark areas excluded from design.
  
  

Additionally:

• simplified navigation in Review all versions,

• the ability to delete generated plans and mappings,

• visible building layout on generated space plans.

• automatic generation of ceiling lights and TV screens in generated space plans.

DXF (CAD) Export

• automatic generation of ceiling lights and TV screens also included in DXF export,

• walls exported as separate, closed polylines,

• furniture grouped into blocks, making further work in CAD easier.

3. Cost Estimation Module

• minor fixes (including electrical installations) and improvements that increase stability and overall usability.
