Leasing Module

3D Preview/ VR Preview

New features:

• Improved display quality of materials, shapes, lights and shadows; 
• The lighting fixtures from the block base now glow with their own light, which improves the realism of the visualization;
• New view outside the windows: 360° panorama of the city;
• Visualization of sunlight that dynamically moves around the space;
• All desk blocks display workstation accessories such as monitors, keyboard, and mouse;
• 3D support for 120x60 (_SQAR-CEILING_2_270) and plasterboard (_SQAR-CEILING_3_270) mineral ceilings;
• Additional 3D floor finish: 60x60 floor tile on a layer of _SQAR-FLOOR_21;
• Changing the colour of solid doors from woodgrain to black in 3D view;
• Partial change of the finishing library for furniture.

Fixed issues:

• Mineral ceiling proportions 60x60;
• The display in VR view of glass doors in plasterboard walls has been improved.

Estimates module

New features:

• New currencies to choose from in the Detailed Cost Estimate;
• New section 'Loose furniture' in the tabs: Cost estimates, Products, Standards; In the cost estimate in XLS format, 'Loose furniture' counted in a separate Sheet;
• Possibility to select the type of  lighting fixtures  'Lighting fixtures  in the server room' and 'Lighting fixtures  in storage rooms' in the Products tab and in Standard tab;
• Change in the basic method of calculating the area of glass walls. The area of glass walls from version 2.0.0 is counted excluding doors in the glass wall at the moment when the check box 'Should I count doors in glass walls separately?'  [path: Technical specification of valuation -> Advanced view -> Architecture -> Walls and wall finishing] is selected;
• Possibility to create your own item in the Quote based on existing aggregates or without the use of an aggregate: '+Add your own proposition' function;
• New function 'Generate a vertical element at the edge between the open and suspended ceiling?' [path: Technical specification of valuation -> Advanced view -> Architecture -> Ceilings and ceiling finishing];
• New setting for selecting the size of the floor box for a low table, a high table for meetings [path: Technical specification of quotation -> Advanced view -> Electrical installations -> Floor boxes];
• Division of ventilation diffusers into: supply air diffusers, exhaust air diffusers and slot diffusers;
• Changes to the User Interface.

Fixed issues:

• Changing the type of electrical sockets generated along the kitchen worktop to IP44 sockets;
• Method of calculating the waterproofing area in sanitary rooms (type of flooring: concrete screed);
• Display of the exchange rate in the 'Detailed cost estimate' tab;
• Calculation of running meters of acoustic wool strip under glass walls;
• The bill of quantities for window blinds/blinds and electric blinds/blinds is shown correctly in the Cost Estimate;
• In the PDF project, in the SAP tab, the graphic designation of the "double detector": for ceiling detectors and mineral ceiling detectors;
• Minor corrections in the calculation of square metres of carpeting, painting of walls, plastering of columns, suspended ceilings designed around structural columns.

Blockbase Update  _SQAR_BASE_09.19.06_ENG 

• The AIR_CAPACITY_M3_PER_HOUR attribute has been added to the HVAC Installation blocks, specifying the amount of air provided for the exit to the surface of the ventilation riser arrangement;
• Example door blocks have been added: with the EI parameter and existing doors;
• Sample names of walls, floor coverings, ceilings have been added;
• Ability to display the door size tag in DWG files;
• New locker block: _SQAR-LOCKER_50x40;
• Update of the LEVEL attribute of the "urinal" block: _SQAR-WC_PISSOIR_35x25 – possibility of individual setting of the mounting height;
• Additional floor finish: 60x60 floor tile on a layer of _SQAR-FLOOR_21;
• New LEVEL attribute for acoustic panel wall blocks: _SQAR-ACOUSTIC_1, _SQAR-ACOUSTIC_2, _SQAR-ACOUSTIC_3 – the installation height can be individually adjusted;
• New block for the conference table with a woodgrain finish: _SQAR-TABLE_RECTANGLE_140x80 (equivalent to the previous _SQAR-DESK_140x80);
• Layer and Block Descriptions in the Blockbase _SQAR_BASE_09.19.06_ENG;
• Update of conference table sets based on the new block with a woodgrain finish SQAR-TABLE_RECTANGLE_140x80.  The updated blocks are:

a) _SQAR-DESK_CONFERENCE_DOUBLESET,

b)  _SQAR-MEETING_TABLE_RECTANGLE_SET_12P_405x170

c) _SQAR-MEETING_TABLE_RECTANGLE_SET_20P_450x300.

NOTE: For all new plans placed on the platform through a new version of the program, it is necessary to replace the block with a new one from the current blockbase _SQAR_BASE_09.19.06_ENG.  This ensures that the 3D view does not display computer accessories on conference tables.

Updating the manual

• A description of placing a block _SQAR-START_AR (to use an AR walk) and _SQAR-START;
• New porcelain layer finish: _SQAR-FLOOR_21;
• Update of the description of drawing suspended, plasterboard and decorative ceilings.
