1. Genspace Module – Automated Space Planning

Floor Mapping

New Features

• Rectangle Drawing Tool: Added the ability to draw building elements, including facades, cores, floor outlines, and windows, using a rectangle tool.

• Rectangle Selection: Added directional rectangle selection using the left mouse button:

  • Left to right: Selects only elements entirely within the selection area.

  • Right to left: Selects all elements that are fully or partially within the selection area.

• Precise Corridor Editing: Added dynamic input and a text field for precise corridor edge adjustments when holding SHIFT while moving an edge.

• Building Installation Connections: Added icons to represent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical connection points serving tenant spaces.

• Spaceplan Origin Point: Added a new reference point to define the spaceplan origin for alignment with the Project Base Point in Revit.

• Quick Save: Added support for the CTRL+S keyboard shortcut to quickly save changes.
  
  

Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Window Mullions: Improved the automatic division of windows into mullions.

• Undo Functionality: Fixed issues with the Undo function to improve reliability when editing floor mappings.
  
  

Space Plan Generation Algorithm

New Features

• Department Adjacency: Added support for defining adjacent departments, including exceptions to adjacency rules. Currently, adjacency is supported for one selected pair of departments only.
• Continuous Desk Row Passages in Collaboration Area: Added the option to keep a continuous passage along desk rows.
• Kitchen Placement: Added a dedicated placement strategy for kitchens.
  
  

Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Convex Facade Fragments: Desks are now placed perpendicular to the corridor along convex facade fragments.
• Kitchen & Pantry Furniture: Improved the furniture layout in kitchens and pantries.
• Private Office Furniture: Improved the furniture layout in private offices.

2. Leasing Module

New Features

• Mapping in Building List: Added the ability to create a floor mapping directly in the Building List from a DWG or PDF file, or by importing an SQM file. 
• DWG Background for Mapping: The DWG background is now shown under the mapping when mapping in the editor. 
  
  

Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Building List Mappings: Fixed changes to mappings not being saved and multiple mappings sharing the same name. 
• Edit Scope: Fixed corridors being scaled and shifted relative to the background.
• PDF Background: Fixed the display of PDF backgrounds.
  
  

Space Plan Editor – Editing plans generated in Genspace

New Features

• Layer Assignment: Added the ability to change the layer of walls, floors, and ceilings. 
• Desk Snapping: Desk edges now snap to each other when moved. 
• Version Saving: Added the option to overwrite the current version.
• PDF & DWG Export: Added the ability to download the edited plan as a PDF or DWG file.
• Door Placement: Doors can now be easily placed along walls using wall alignment, and the door opening direction can be set quickly. 
  
  

Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Colors & Room Labels: Room labels are no longer shown on edited plans, and rooms now use a single universal color instead of several. This is a temporary solution and will be developed further. 
• Plan Comparison: Fixed comparing plan versions after editing. 
• 3D View: Fixed the core not being displayed in 3D after editing a plan. 
• Moving Walls: Fixed floor and ceiling errors when moving walls.

3. Cost Estimates Module

New Features

• Standard in a New Window: Added the option to open the Standard and Products in a separate window. 
• Door Parameters: Door acoustics and finishing parameters are now displayed. 
  
  

Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Diffuser Selection: Improved the logic for selecting diffusers and calculating their quantity.
• Floor Order: Floors in cost estimates are now sorted alphabetically and by number.
